Choose copayment method: Seniors’ Pharmacare Program
You need to choose a method to pay your copayment for the Seniors’ Pharmacare Program.
Use the Copayment Options Form to select which copayment method you want to use for the Seniors’ Pharmacare Program. You need to complete and submit the form as part of the Seniors’ Pharmacare Program application process if you’re unable to complete the application process online. If you complete the application process online you don’t need to complete and submit the form (the online process includes your copayment options).
You need to choose 1 of 2 methods to pay your copayment to the Seniors’ Pharmacare Program. Options include paying your copayment per prescription at the pharmacy or paying the annual maximum copayment directly to the Seniors’ Pharmacare Program.
Once you choose your copayment option, you can't change how you make the copayment until the program renewal period in April each year.
