Who Needs This Notice of Transfer? |
|
- Anyone who wants to transfer a Mineral
Exploration Licence from one party to another must have the consent
of the Registrar, Mineral
and Petroleum Titles, N.S. Department of Natural Resources.
- Anyone who wants to transfer a Mineral Exploration: Special
Licence, Mining Lease, or Special
Mining Lease from one party to another must have the transfer
ratified by the Minister
of the N.S. Department of Natural Resources.
