Sealed tenders from general contractors will be accepted until 2:00:00 p.m., AST, Thursday, January 4, 2018, by Mr. Kevin Moules, Purchasing Agent, Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board for the Replacement of Stairwells/Corridors Doors - Supply and Installation, Breton Education Centre, 667 Eighth Street, New Waterford, NS B1H 3T4.
Tender documents are available at the Purchasing Department Office,
999 Gabarus Highway, Prime Brook, Nova Scotia (Phone: 902-562-6025).
A pre-bid/site meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 3:30:00 pm, local time on site.
All bidders must register with Kevin Moules, Purchasing Agent, Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board, by fax 902-539-9195, or in person at 999 Gabarus Highway, Prime Brook, Nova Scotia. Only registered bidders will be notified of addenda.
A $50.00 refundable fee in the form of Certified Cheque or Bank Draft made payable to Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board is required for each set of project documents. Project documents are available for viewing at the Construction Association of Nova Scotia, Dartmouth. Additional information can be attained by contacting the undersigned at (902) 562-6025.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
Faxed or electronic tenders will not be considered.
Late tenders will not be accepted.
The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, not necessarily accept the lowest tender, or to accept any tender which it may consider to be in its best interest. The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board also reserves the right to waive formality, informality, or technicality in any tender.
