Who Needs This Form? |
| Anyone who does not posses a personalized renewal notice and wishes to
renew his or her existing certificate(s).
This may be:
- Individuals who have had an address change and therefore did not
receive their personalized renewal notice.
- Individuals who have lost or misplaced their personalized renewal
notice.
- Individuals who are looking to renew a delinquent certificate.

Once your application is complete, you may submit your application along with payment;

If all requirements are met and the renewal is approved, the Certificate will be mailed to the applicant.

Waiting Period: |
|
The Certificate is normally processed within 10 business days,
once all items that must accompany the renewal form have been received and
all requirements are met.
|
Expiry & Renewal:
|
|
A certificate is valid for three years. A renewal notice will be mailed before it expires.
|
Price: (no tax is charged)

Annual Renewal:
Classes B, C, D, E and G: $53.10
Class F & Gas Technician License: $33.20

Please note that if the certificate is more than 2 years delinquent for gas technicians I,II or II and 4 years delinquent for gas operators B,C, D, E and F you must submit a new application form (see
Fuel Safety Technician Certificate)
as opposed to a renewal form.
