Evidence Policy: Residential Tenancies

The Evidence Policy (Policy 42) explains that both applicant and respondent need to provide any relevant evidence that they intend to introduce that will demonstrate or explain their case at least 5 days before their hearing date.

This policy outlines how the applicant and respondent need to provide their evidence to the other party and to the Residential Tenancies Program at least 5 days before the scheduled hearing date.
