Land Registration Act Prescribed Forms

Changes to the Land Registration Act and the Land Registration Administration Regulations, effective May 4, 2009, resulted in changes to the requirements, forms and practice of authorized lawyers and others who work in the land titles system. The changes to the Act can be found in Chapter 19 of the Acts of 2008 (Bill 156). The regulatory changes are contained in the Land Registration Administration Regulations.
