Request a congratulatory certificate from the Premier, Lieutenant Governor, your local MLA, MP or the Prime Minister for a significant personal milestone.
Members of the public can request a congratulatory certificate for a significant personal milestone like a birthday, anniversary, special event, retirement or volunteer service.
Certificates are also available for Military or Department of National Defence (DND) civilian service.

To receive a congratulatory certificate, submit the online request form a minimum of 6 weeks before you’d like to receive the certificate.
