Nova Scotians are invited to comment on a discussion paper, ‘Limiting our Risk – a discussion paper about a proposed provincial ban on non-essential lawn care pesticides’.
The Nova Scotia government is committed to fostering a healthier, more sustainable environment. Therefore, we are looking for ways to reduce the use of pesticides. The government is proposing a ban on non-essential pesticides used only in lawn and turf maintenance.
