Directives
The Registrar General of Land Titles is responsible for the effective administration of the Land Registration Act and regulations. Within this role, the registrar general issues directives to clarify issues, procedures and policies. Directives issued by the registrar general are also posted in Land Registration Offices and sent by email to eligible lawyers under the act.
