Sectors in the Construction Industry Regulations

made under Section 10 of the

Trade Union Act

R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 475

O.I.C. 90-755 (June 19, 1990), N.S. Reg. 160/1990


1          In determining the composition of a “sector” as defined in clause (h) of Section 92 of the Act, consideration shall be given to work characteristics which shall include the type of


                        (a)       processes;


                        (b)       materials;


                        (c)       techniques;


                        (d)       skills;


                        (e)       trades; and


                        (f)        end use


involved in the construction.
