Exemption from Registration of Certain
New Vehicles Driven by Autoport Limited Regulations

made under Section 25 of the
Motor Vehicle Act

Order in Council 76-600

The Minister of Highways, pursuant to Section 20 [Section 25] of the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to exempt from registration new vehicles being driven over the public highway by employees of Autoport Limited, when such vehicles are being taken from the navy dock at Shearwater to the Autoport terminal at Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia, or are being driven to or from the storage area across the highway from the Autoport terminal.
