Value of Chattels Exempt from Seizure Regulations

made under Section 45 of the
Judicature Act
R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 240
O.I.C. 85-715 (July 2, 1985), N.S. Reg. 112/85

1 The aggregate value on chattels used in the debtor's chief occupation, which are exempt from seizure pursuant to clause (e) of subsection (1) of Section 45 of the Judicature Act, is the sum of one thousand dollars.

2 These regulations come into force on and not before the 1st day of August, 1985.
