Month-over-month (February 2025 vs January 2025)
The current account surplus widened by ¥369.8 billion to ¥2,316.8 billion.
- the goods trade deficit switched to a surplus of ¥233.2 billion
- the services trade deficit widened by ¥249.3 billion to ¥366.9 billion
- the primary income surplus narrowed by ¥1,288.1 to ¥2,713.2 billion
- the secondary income deficit narrowed by ¥202.6 billion to ¥262.8 billion
The goods trade balance changed from a deficit to a surplus of ¥233.2 billion.
- goods exports increased ¥1,105.0 billion to ¥9.503.2 billion.
- goods imports decreased ¥599.5 billion to ¥9,269.9 billion.
