August 16, 2022UK UNEMPLOYMENT RATE, APRIL 2022 TO JUNE 2022 
The UK Office for National Statistics reported today that the unemployment rate for the three-month period April 2022 to June 2022 remained stable at 3.8%. This is down from the 4.7% reported for the same months a year ago.
There were 1.294 million unemployed people in the UK, 0.306 million fewer than for a year earlier. Employment in the UK was at 32.792 million, 0.489 million more compared to a year earlier.
