NOVA SCOTIA
In Nova Scotia January 2020, the Consumer Price Index (index 2002=100) increased 0.4 per cent from December 2019 and increased 2.6 per cent over January 2019. The CPI, excluding food and energy, increased 0.2 per cent from December 2019 and increased 2.1 per cent over January 2019.
CANADA
In Canada January 2020, the Consumer Price Index (index 2002=100) increased 0.3 per cent from December 2019 and increased 2.4 per cent over January 2019. The CPI, excluding food and energy, increased 0.2 per cent from December 2019 and increased 1.9 per cent over January 2019.
HALIFAX
In Halifax January 2020, the Consumer Price Index (index 2002=100) increased 0.5 per cent from December 2019 and increased 2.7 per cent over January 2019.
