In Nova Scotia Jan-Jun 2019, New Motor Vehicles Unit Sales decreased 4.1% over Jan-Jun 2018. The 26,929 new motor vehicles sold in Jan-Jun 2019 represent a sales value of $1,016.7 million, up 1.0% over Jan-Jun 2018.
In Canada Jan-Jun 2019, New Motor Vehicles Unit Sales decreased 5.2% over Jan-Jun 2018. The 1,004,536 new motor vehicles sold in Jan-Jun 2019 represent a sales value of $43.3 billion, down 2.2% over Jan-Jun 2018.

In Nova Scotia Jan-Jun 2019, North American manufactured new motor vehicles Unit Sales decreased 3.5% (75.1% share) over Jan-Jun 2018. North American manufactured new motor vehicles Sales Value increased 1.4% (77.6% share) over Jan-Jun 2018.
In Nova Scotia Jan-Jun 2019, for New Motor Vehicles manufactured overseas, Unit Sales decreased 6.0% (24.9% share) over Jan-Jun 2018. For New Motor Vehicles manufactured overseas, Sales Value decreased 0.3% (22.4% share) over Jan-Jun 2018.

In Nova Scotia Jan-Jun 2019, truck/SUV Unit Sales increased 4.5% (70.7% share) to 19,044 units over Jan-Jun 2018. Truck/SUV Sales Value increased 7.1% (78.4% share) to $797 million over Jan-Jun 2018.
Average Prices
In Nova Scotia Jan-Jun 2019, the new motor vehicles average price increased 5.3% over Jan-Jun 2018 to $37,755. The passenger car average price increased 4.7% over Jan-Jun 2018 to $27,884. The truck/suv average price increased 2.5% over Jan-Jun 2018 to $41,841.
In Canada Jan-Jun 2019, the new motor vehicles average price increased 3.1% over Jan-Jun 2018 to $43,097.
