The Digital Animation Tax Credit (DATC) is a refundable tax credit for costs directly related to the development of digital animation in Nova Scotia.

If you wish to apply for the DATC, please complete the application forms. Please note there are two parts and both are mandatory.
The DATC took effect on July 1, 2015.
