Changes to Expense Reporting
Beginning April 1, 2026, expense reports will be compiled by the 15th of the following month and include expenses that have been processed in the system by that date. Expenses processed later will be reported the following month. This change is due to an internal process being updated to make reporting more, efficient, accurate and in a standard format. This will result in reports being formatted differently, while still reflecting all expenses claimed as previously reported. Please note, certain specific, non-monetary details will no longer be captured in reporting
