Government lawyers' employment agreement

Terms and conditions of employment for Government of Nova Scotia employees who belong to the Government Lawyers' Association.

This agreement is the formal employment contract between the Government of Nova Scotia and government employees who belong to the Government Lawyers' Association. The agreement is in effect from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027.

  • time off, vacations, holidays and leaves
  • performance reviews, discipline and grievance procedures
