Exercise for TMR2 users: Exercise Handshake

This exercise helps new and experienced TMR2 users become familiar with TMR2 radio functionality, test radio equipment, and pass communications traffic in a non-emergency environment. Users with satellite phones will also have the opportunity to use and test their equipment during the exercise.
