TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--TRAFFIC ADVISORIES

VICTORIA COUNTY: LOWER MIDDLE RIVER BRIDGE
On Tuesday, Sept. 2, work begins on the Lower Middle River Bridge
on Highway 105 at Nyanza. The bridge will be reduced to one lane
restricted to a load width maximum of 3.6 metres. Traffic will be
controlled by lights. Alternate routes are Trunk 4 and Trunk 104.
Work is expected to be complete by mid-October.

QUEENS COUNTY: MILL BROOK BRIDGE
Work began Wednesday, Aug. 27, on repairing the Mill Brook Bridge
on Westfield Road near Caledonia, Queens Co. The bridge is
expected to be closed for six to eight weeks for repairs and
reconstruction. Motorists are advised to detour via the Old
Westfield Road north to Trunk 8 or south to Route 208.

QUEENS COUNTY: BRIDGE STREET BRIDGE
Work began Wednesday, Aug. 27, on the Bridge Street Bridge in
Milton. The pedestrian walkway will be closed between 7 a.m. and
4:30 p.m. when painters are working on the bridge. Work is
expected to be complete by mid-October.
