Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board
In the matter of the Region of Windsor and West Hants Municipality Act
- and -
In the matter of an application to determine the number of councillors
and the boundaries of the polling districts for the new Regional Municipality

Whereas the Board, having heard an application made pursuant to the Region of Windsor and West Hants Municipality Act, and having issued its Decision on August 19, 2019;
And whereas the Region of Windsor and West Hants Municipality is to come into effect on April 1, 2020;
It is hereby ordered that the application is approved as follows:
1. The number of polling districts for the Region of Windsor and West Hants Municipality is set at eleven (11);
2. The number of councillors is set at eleven (11);
3. The boundaries of the polling districts are set as outlined in the digital maps in Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of this Order. [sic]
