Citation

1     These regulations may be cited as the Designation of Agencies Regulations.


Definitions

2     In these regulations, “Act” means the Ombudsman Act.


Child welfare agencies

3     All agencies established under the Children and Family Services Act, including but not limited to the agencies listed below, are designated as agencies for the purpose of clause 2(a) of the Act:
