Order Determining Name of Holiday

made under Section 2 of the

February Holiday Act

The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated December 17, 2014, and pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 35 of the Acts of 2013, the February Holiday Act, is pleased to determine “Nova Scotia Heritage Day” as the name of the holiday to be kept and observed throughout the Province on the third Monday in February in 2015 and in each subsequent year.
