Quorum for a Regional Assessment Appeal Court Regulations

made under clause 59(b) of the

Assessment Act

R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 23

N.S. Reg. 290/2011 (October 12, 2011, effective December 1, 2011)


Order


I, John MacDonell, Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations for the Province of Nova Scotia, pursuant to clause 59(b) of Chapter 23 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Assessment Act, hereby order and direct that one member of any regional assessment appeal court shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of Section 59 of the Assessment Act.


Dated and made at Halifax, in the Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia, October 12, 2011 and effective on or [sic] after December 1st, 2011.
