Converting Order of the Director into Order of the Small Claims Court policy: Residential Tenancies

The Converting Director’s Orders into Orders of the Small Claims Court Policy (Policy 9) outlines how an Order of the Director can be made an Order of the Small Claims Court if it’s not appealed. Once it’s an Order of the Small Claims Court, it can be enforced in the same way as other court orders.
