Finding End-of-Life Care (Palliative Care)

Palliative care is for individuals and families who are living with a life-threatening illness, usually at an advanced stage. It focuses on physical, psychological, social, cultural, emotional and spiritual needs of the ill person and his or her family. Palliative care services are delivered in various types of facilities. The term "hospice palliative care" is also used to refer to "palliative care".
