Heating Assistance Rebate Program
The Heating Assistance Rebate Program (HARP) provides help to low- and modest-income Nova Scotians with the cost of home heating.
The rebate program has closed for this year, but provided rebates to approximately 50,000 Nova Scotians.
Applications for the 2012-2013 program will be available this fall. If you received a rebate this year, an application will be mailed to you automatically.
