"Competent" : NS Labour and Advanced Education, Health and Safety

The Occupational Safety General Regulations uses the term "competent" in the places listed in the following table. Note that the table summarizes the sections to a great extent and that all readers should consult the actual sections of the regulations to determine the precise requirements.
