Prescribed Maximum Amount for Expenditure under Subsection 16(1) of the Act

made under subsection 16(1A) of the
Health Services and Insurance Act

O.I.C. 94-912 (November 8, 1994), N.S. Reg. 207/94

The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 20, 1994, pursuant to subsection (1A) of Section 16 of Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to prescribe $1,000,000.00 as the amount which, if not exceeded, can be spent by the Minister of Health for the purpose of subsection (1) of Section 16, without the approval of the Governor in Council.
