Watercourse Alteration Standard Order

made under clause 8A(1)(c) and Sections 25 and 66 of the

Environment Act

N.S. Reg. 214/2015 (May 14, 2015, effective June 1, 2015)


I, Randy Delorey, Minister of Environment for the Province of Nova Scotia, pursuant to clause 8A(1)(c) and Sections 25 and 66 of Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, hereby establish standards that apply to watercourse alterations activities for which notification is required under the Activity [Activities] Designation Regulations by adopting the following standard published by the Department of Environment on June 1, 2015:
