August 28, 2015UK GDP Q2 (SECOND ESTIMATE) UK GDP is estimated to have increased by 0.7% in Quarter 2 (Apr to June) 2015 compared with growth of 0.4% in Quarter 1 (Jan to Mar) 2015, both unrevised from the previous release. Output increased in the production (+0.7%), construction (+0.2%) and services (+0.7%) sectors. Manufacturing, a subset of production, was down 0.3 per cent.
GDP was 2.6% higher in Quarter 2 (Apr to June) 2015 compared with the same quarter a year ago.
