March 03, 2017EU RETAIL TRADE, JANUARY 2017 In the Euro Area (EA19) January 2017, retail sales volumes (calendar and seasonally adjusted) decreased 0.1 per cent over December 2016, and retail sales volumes (calendar adjusted) increased 1.2 per cent over January 2016.
In the European Union Area (EU28) January 2017, retail sales volumes (calendar and seasonally adjusted) increased 0.1 per cent over December 2016, and retail sales volumes (calendar adjusted) increased 1.5 per cent over January 2016.
